All Over the Place...Yet Again.

This past week was all over the place. This week is, too, and it's barely even half over yet. This is ridiculous. Well, we pushed our offer for $210,000 for a lovely condo in Warwick that was listed for $229,000 but needed some work. The real estate agent representing the sellers was Maribel Rossiter, the Rossiter twins' mother. My mom and her mom apparently have a history. (No, sicko, get your mind out of the gutter.) Well, anyway, they surprisingly accepted the $210,000 push. However, today we're informed that on Sunday they're having an open house. That's bad. For three hours, anyone interested may tour the house in question, and may place offers. If theirs is higher than ours, the house is now theirs. If no one makes a higher offer by open house, then the home is ours. A very close friend this past weekend had something horrible happen to them, and they're still coping, and probably will for a while. My allergies are RIDICULOUS! Today Dr. Barone prescribed Singulair, which apparently carries the side effect of suicidal tendencies. Great, huh? I'm off to a FANTASTIC start. To speak strictly metaphorically about something that happened today, the proverbial door was pried open today, and the big fat ugly four eyed monster (that's SOMETIMES green) was nowhere to be found. Which is actually a very good thing, but you see, I'm not sure I've outgrown the habit of closing said door. I'd really like to say I am. I just don't know yet. I have a friend I need to speak with about that...it's nice to know someone's there. To that person - remember - if you need me at all in the coming days, any time, just give me a holler. (I sent those songs to you, btw.) Okay, enough secret messages for one day.. This song is beckoning my departure...ick. =[

happy birthday, mutt. you're two years old.
I'm tired...
